Tell us about your team and your role.
Account Management in Partner Growth and Agility: we consult Expedia hotel partners, go through
their data and insights then provide them with recommendations that Expedia offers to drive revenue which provides benefits to both the hotel, the traveler and Expedia Group.
As an Account Manager, I work directly with hotel partners to review booking and occupancy trends and tailor strategies that increase visibility and performance. The role has helped me build confidence, strengthen my communication skills, and think more strategically by truly listening to partner needs. As a new graduate, I’m excited to contribute more to my team by helping encourage my team to simplify workflows and leverage AI tools like Glean to work more efficiently and creatively.
How did the university experience help to prepare you for working at EG?

I enrolled in my school’s selling program especially designed to hone professional selling skills in which I gained hands-on sales experience through cold calling and in-person pitching, which prepared me well for partner-facing work. My marketing and sales coursework also helped me quickly adapt to Microsoft 365 and AI-driven tools at EG.
What opportunities have you had to learn and develop in your role?
The Expedia Group Graduate Program provided a supportive ramp-up into corporate life while fostering strong connections through engaging socials and development sessions. Learning about personality styles helped me better understand how to work effectively with partners and teammates.
We regularly present best practices to the team, which has created a strong feedback loop. After initially struggling with attainment, sharing challenges openly with my peers helped me improve through collective problem-solving and support.
Why would you recommend a career at EG?
