We measure and evaluate the performance of our website and mobile app and help to uncover opportunities to improve the customer experience. We make smarter business decisions and solve a huge range of complex problems using the latest technologies.
We power some of the most essential website features on Expedia Group sites and develop machine learning models that influence personalized experiences based on consumer behavior. Our teams also develop state-of-the-art algorithms for various aspects of our highly complex global marketing campaigns, as well as build and optimize machine learning models that detect fraud.
Use your strategic vision to drive products through design and development, collaborate across teams, and create a customer experience that is second-to-none. Be an effective implementer with the ability to translate problems into roadmaps and manage goals while defining requirements with partners to reach desired outcomes.
Create cutting-edge code and build solution design, development, and testing processes that keep our global websites and mobile apps flying high. Our creative engineering teams collaborate to build a scalable and personalized travel platform to transform the experience of millions of travelers.
We collaborate with product designers and managers, content strategists, engineers, and researchers across the organization to craft patterns, tools, and educational materials for our colleagues to build a world-class set of experiences. We curate customer experiences on a global scale, supported by our studies in cognitive sciences, including lab and remote testing.
